Chronology of cameras De Vries
The Tourist, from J.V. in Paris, is a small internal struts type folding camera, difficult to classify between folding, and klapp box.
It is made ??of cardboard covered with leather, with a single fold leather bellows.
Rigidity is ensured by two internal metal struts that must be unfolded with the fingertips.
The shutter has only one speed plus B exposure. The rotary diaphragm has six positions.
It is intended for use with film pack, but can be loaded with simple film holders using a wooden block provided with the camera.
